"Did Jesus Just Happen" (The Life of Christ)
Continuing and conclusion of the Book, "Did Jesus Just Happen", Just a reminder, you can go back to the very beginning of our recordings on the Web Site, Home and read the entire book.
As we continue with the "Great White Throne Judgement", The Son of God, Jesus Christ, by this judgment will manifest that all authority and power and dominion and majesty belongs unto God who lives forever and ever. The Lake of Fire is the descriptive term used throughout the New Testament for the place of eternal punishment. It is beyond all human comprehension. A place of suffering, a place of remorse, a place of eternal separation from God. Yet I should suggest that Satan will not be king in the lake of fire. It will be regimented by the authority of the Son of God and every person resurrected to be judged and separated from God forever in the Lake of Fire will acknowledge that Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
The unsaved has had the sentence of the second death passed upon them. Now the first death was not physical death as some would assume. The first death was the separation of the soul from God a the time Adam sinned. When Adam sinned, he died spiritually and that was the first death. Every person born since Adam has been born spiritually dead, under the curse of the first death. The second death is the eternal separation of the soul from God. This sentence is passed at the great white throne judgment.
The unbeliever, who is without Christ, stands before Him at this great white throne judgment. He stands with no covering for his sins; he stands with the record of unrighteousness. unholiness, unworthiness, and this record has been written in heaven. The record of the sinner must either be covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ or this record will be the basis of the unbelievers separation from God forever. There are no alternatives. Christ came to save sinner. He came to make clean the record of unrighteousness that is written in heaven. He came that all might have a part in the first resurrection. It will either be the righteousness of Jesus Christ, God's Son, or it will be the record of the unbeliever at this great white throne judgment. A person must meet Chris as Savior in this life or either meet Him at the Great White Throne as Judge.
So the question is, Is your name written in the Lamb's Book of Life? Have you truly been Born Again, Saved from an eternal Hell and been washed by the Blood of The Lamb? If not, take this time to accept and receive Christ as your Savior.
